Kawsar long is mixture of Kawsar Taq polymerase and a commercially available proofreading enzyme. it has been tested and used to amplify> 20kb fragments. it can also be used for cloning and primer externsion.
Kawsar Red Taq Pol and Kawsar blue Taq Pol are two additional enzymes which have the kawsar taq DNA Pol as the basic enzyme with other chemicals and dyes which make PCR preparation more convenient since addition of Taq and proper mixing of tube components can be visible.
In addition there is no need for addition of loading buffer since the PCR product can directly be loaded onto the gel.
